Where do you deliver?
We deliver nationwide across Pakistan — from Karachi to Peshawar and everywhere in between.

How much does delivery cost?
Flat rate of Rs. 250 on all orders, regardless of your location.

How long does delivery take?
All orders are dispatched within 24 hours and delivered within 3–6 working days.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via SMS/WhatsApp. You can use this to track your parcel in real time.

What if I'm not available at the time of delivery?
Our courier partner will attempt delivery and contact you via phone. If you're unavailable, they'll reschedule.

Do you deliver on weekends/holidays?
Delivery timelines are based on working days (Monday–Saturday). Public holidays may cause slight delays.
