7-Day Easy Exchange
Not the right colour? You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached.
Returns for Defective or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we'll arrange a full return and replacement — no questions asked. Just contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
How to Request an Exchange or Return
Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and reason. Our team will respond within a few hours and guide you through the process.
Please Note:
Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for exchange or return. Return shipping for exchanges (non-defective) will be borne by the customer. Refunds are only processed for defective/wrong items. All other cases are handled via exchange.
